Schulz brings more than two decades of leadership experience across complex, customer-focused manufacturing businesses. Most recently, he held senior leadership roles at Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh Corporation company, where he led large, multi-site organizations through periods of significant growth and innovation.

Schulz is a collaborative leader with a strong focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams. His leadership approach aligns closely with Vollrath's values and commitment to its customers, employees, and long-term growth.

In his role, Schulz will lead Vollrath's Stoelting Foodservice and Serving Systems businesses, with responsibility for advancing strategic priorities, strengthening operational performance, and identifying opportunities for continued growth.
